    We are excited you are coming to Disneyland with us. You will need to fill out this form for each person who is traveling with UDA. Thank you!

    Disneyland Group T-Shirt Information
    ​    Kathy and Ashley are giving the dancers a fun Disneyland themed T-shirt as a "THANK YOU" for performing and representing UDA so well in California. All UDA dancers will receive a travel T-shirt for free. We will wear them as a group on one of our days at the Disney Parks! If other members of your family would like a matching group shirt, you can order one as well. They are $15 each. We will have a male option for dad's and brothers too.

    All DANCERS need to select a shirt size/design. Everyone else, only select your size if you want to order a group shirt for $15. 
    Hotel Pricing
    The group pricing is based on a 4-person occupancy in each hotel room. If you are traveling with less than 4 people, your overall price will be more per person. To off-set this increase, you can opt to share your room with other UDA guests. We will make sure to check with you privately before pairing you with anyone!
