We have two great options for Adult Students at Utah Dance Academy! We are hoping to grow this program as we continue to increase interest and enrollment!
Adult Ballet - Tuesday 8:15-9:15 PM
Come experience a heart-smart way to stretch and get your body moving.
Ballet is a great way to improve flexibility and promote healthy joint motion.
Taught in a classical environment, this class caters to all ability levels and participant goals.
Classes meet for 1-hour 1x/week.
Adult Tap - Wednesday 7:30-8:30 PM
Get your CARDIO on in this fun heart-pumping class!
Learn progressive tap technique in a challenging but self-paced environment.
Whether you are a former dancer or beginner, this class is for you.
We teach all technique with accommodation to more experienced dancers.
Classes meet for 1-hour 1x/week.
